Kelly is the CEO of Beacon Retirement Planning Group and has experience with Mergers and Acquisitions over his 30+ years in financial services. His expertise spans retirement income strategies, legacy and tax minimization planning, life insurance, annuities, and business exit planning. Kelly holds the CEPA designation (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) and specializes in helping business owners navigate transitions by aligning their financial, operational, and personal goals.

Throughout his career, Kelly has worked directly with pre-retirees, retirees, professionals, and business owners to develop individualized, outcome-driven strategies designed to preserve and grow wealth. Earlier in his career, he built and led a multidisciplinary estate planning team—composed of attorneys, CPAs, insurance and investment professionals—that focused on wealth transfer and tax-efficient planning for high-net-worth clients. Under his leadership, the team expanded from California into major markets like Chicago and New York.

Kelly’s strategic advisory work includes business valuations, deal structuring, buyer and target identification, negotiation support, and overseeing complex transactions through to closing. He has also conducted hundreds of wealth preservation seminars and spoken to thousands of retirees, helping build a strong client network throughout the country.
