President

Steven is President of Beacon Retirement Planning Group and brings over 30+ years of experience in corporate America, with a strong focus on retirement financial strategies, human resources, operations, and M&A advisory. He has spent the past 25+ years working with pre-retirees, retirees, business owners, and professionals, helping them navigate retirement planning and business transitions through alternative financial and succession strategies.

Steven’s background includes senior executive and corporate officer roles at leading companies such as Bristol-Myers, Schering-Plough, United Brands, and Newmont Mining Corporation. His responsibilities have spanned the design and management of pension and 401(k) strategies, employee benefits, compensation planning, and corporate M&A initiatives. His experience advising business owners on exit planning and acquisition strategy adds a key layer of insight to his financial consulting work.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Political Science and Economics from St. Ambrose University, where he received the Political Science Academic Excellence Award. He has completed more than 50 professional programs in management, sales, technical, and financial areas. Steven has worked extensively across Europe, Russia, South and Central America, Canada, and the Far East, bringing a global perspective to every client engagement.
